Alicia serves as the Budget Manager for the APLUS and CIBS grants, overseeing fiscal management and supporting grant operations across both projects. In this role, she helps ensure responsible use of funds, clear fiscal processes, and strong alignment between project goals and financial practices.
Prior to joining APLUS and CIBS, Alicia worked within school systems, where she gained extensive experience supporting budgets, administrative operations, and compliance within public education settings. Her background in schools informs her collaborative approach and helps bridge fiscal management with the practical needs of educators and project teams.
Outside of work, Alicia is known for making the best cookies and is a highly talented cookie decorator. With her daughter attending Mizzou, she enjoys spending her downtime loving on her pups, baking, and relaxing with a good show or a book.
