Mike Horton
Mike Horton joined the A+ team in 2025 after serving as an itinerant early childhood special education teacher and behavior analyst. Starting his career as a paraprofessional substitute, Mike has dedicated himself to supporting learners with diverse needs. He is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in early childhood special education and ABA. His experience includes designing individualized programs, supporting young learners and their families, and advocating for inclusive education.
